Pricing questions, answered.

What's included in a fixed-price project?
Discovery workshops, design, engineering, QA, App Store / Play Store submission, and a post-launch support window. Hosting and third-party service costs (e.g., Firebase, Stripe fees) are billed separately at cost.
How do payments work?
For fixed-price projects: 30% to start, 40% at design approval, 30% on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept ACH, wire, and major credit cards.
What if my scope changes mid-project?
We document scope changes in writing with a revised estimate before doing the work. Nothing is ever billed by surprise. Small adjustments are usually absorbed within the original budget.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see our refund policy. We offer milestone-based refunds when work hasn't started or has been substantially incomplete.
Who owns the code?
You do. On final payment, all intellectual property, source code, and design files transfer to you under a clean MIT-style assignment. We retain the right to mention the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
